Orders are shipped by Royal Mail unless otherwise stated.
As all orders are sent out by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special delivery they will therefore all require a signature. You must be available at your chosen delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8 a m and 6 p m Monday to Friday. Please send it somewhere it can be reliably signed for like your place of work or a neighbour.

Refund
